James reportedly spent a pre-scheduled vacation in the Bahamas this past weekend, which explains his absence from The Groove (so much for haters who have BoyzIIHeat planning their lives like Siamese triplets).

James is also ready to spend -- according to the same source -- a huge chunk on new digs in Riley's current neighborhood.

Price tag? $49.5m.
